Spring is in the air, and Summer is around the corner!

As the temperatures start to climb and the days begin to get longer we know what this season brings:  A good time for our kids to spent time out side and keep them moving and learning through different environments.
 


The NYC Parks and NYC Council Member Mark Treyger are bringing to a nearby neighborhood playground a
community roller skating party on  Saturday, June 1, 2019
 from 12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m
at Malboro Playground
Located at
Avenue W &, W 11th St, Brooklyn, NY 11223
This event is free, but children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Roller skates will be provided.



The COOL Culture Organization is hosting their annual Family festival at the
Brooklyn Museum on June 15, 2019,
from 12:00 pm  to  4:00 pm.


 ''Bring the Cool" will  be an event for families to celebrate the cultural diversity in our city. Kids will enjoy of a variety of art and craft activities and live performances.
The event will be free for all the families with the Cool Culture Pass.


Free Family Concert at Prospect Park in Brooklyn
Visit the Prospect park to enjoy the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! festival, with live music performances for kids and their families on
June 15, 2019
from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm




Visit our libraries nearby
 
The Kings Highway Public Library  located at 2115 Ocean Ave in Brooklyn offers Read aloud stories for kids every Saturday from 11:00 am to 11:45am. All ages are welcome!!!
 
 
The Highlawn Public Library located at 1664 W 13 Street in Brooklyn also offers Read aloud stories on Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm.
